This particular stone is quite narrow and thin height so it's a great value. A perfect stone to use as a comparison to a softer, more modern Atagoyama. This stone has a classic, yellow asagi colored base with underlying Suminagashi patterns. A surprisingly dense, firm and fine stone. Extremely high performance stone with high hardness and density.
