These innovative strop components were designed for and sold by Chef Knives To Go for their modular stropping system. Each piece features a flexible magnetic backing that allows quick attachment and easy swapping on a compatible metal base. Offered in a variety of stropping surfaces, they let you customize your stropping progression and allow for the application of a variety of abrasives such as diamond pastes without the need for multiple full strops. They can be used alone or attached to any steel, sheet metal or iron base.
