Aiiwatani Asagi Japanese Natural Finishing Whetstone

This exceptional Japanese whetstone was selected by us and imported directly from Japan, thoroughly tested and sealed on sides and back to protect the stone for long term use. 

It measures 150 mm (5.91 inches) long × 70 mm (2.76 inches) wide × 16 mm (0.63 inches) tall, and weighs 290 g (10.23 oz / 0.64 lbs).

A value packed, small razor sized koppa from Aiiwatani. This Mizu asagi is hard, perfect for razors. This koppa can be used effectively as a standalone finisher or used with nagura progression. Aiiwatani are known for their versatility, even in harder stones. They generally display fast cutting speeds while maintaining excellent hardness and refinement capabilities. This koppa is no exception.
