This exceptional Japanese whetstone was selected by us and imported directly from Japan, thoroughly tested and sealed on the sides to protect the stone for long term use.

It measures 195 mm (7.68 inches) long × 70 mm (2.76 inches) wide × 20 mm (0.79 inches) tall, and weighs 598 g (21.09 oz / 1.32 lbs).

Another unique and rare Ozuku Aisa. This example features a yellow, kiita base with swirling iromono like patterns and nashiji. A very very hard stone, on the border of super hard. Has extremely unique, satin like feel when honing. A bit more slow and best for Mikawa Nagura progression in which its excellent. Translates feedback extremely clearly for its hardness. Stark, visual contrast with swirling base containing rings of yellow, orange, red and purple. If it was a perfect shape, would be very expensive! Perfect for someone seeking high performance at a modest cost relative to its rarity.
