Belgian Coticule & Belgian Blue - VINTAGE & RARE Collectable Classic Water Razor Hone Sharpening Stones

Offered here are classic, old mined Belgian Coticule water razor hones with Belgian Blue backing stone from the Ardennes region of Belgium. 
Mined and prized as barber hones for hundreds of years, presented here is a small selection of old and rare stones from our private collection.
As with all old coticules, these are composed of the dual side Yellow Coticule and Belgian Blue honing surfaces.
Each of these hones has been freshly lapped roughly on all sides and finally lapped with Atoma 1200 diamond plate on the yellow coticule side and are ready to use.

The stones pictured here have the following features:

Stone #1 - 6 7/8 x 2in.x 7/8in thick at the longest/widest points & 
This stone is a recent vintage "standard grade" natural combo hone, a hard stone and good polisher

Stone #2 - 7 x 1 5/8 x 11/16 in. thick at the longest/widest points
This is an old and rare vintage Pike branded coticule, a fine and very pale and smooth stone, the original box is included but is in poor condition

Stone #3 - 7 x 1 11/16 x 5/8 in. thick at the longest/widest points
An old and very hard natural combo, it shows some signs of the presence of manganese in the stone

Stone #4 - 6 x 1 3/8 x 9/16 in. thick at the longest/widest points
A very nice, old smooth stone with gorgeous tiger stripe figuring

Stone #5 - 4 11/16 x 1 5/8 x 9/16 in. thick at the longest/widest points
A very hard, old smooth stone with gorgeous woodgrain type figuring 

Stone #6 - 5 x 2 7/16 in.x 9/16 thick at the longest/widest points
A very pale milky colored and smooth coticule, barbers size hone
