Slim Narutaki Akapin with soft base hardness. Narutaki stones are traditionally used for sword polishing. Their ability to release grit rich, fast cutting slurry allows them to effectively remove scratches on hard steel. For this reason, they're amazing for mono steel razors as well. This softer Iromono is a delightful pre finisher for razors boasting clear and discernable feedback. The slurry is viscous with a fine, granular feel. Removes medium grit stone scratches quickly and creates an even and consistent haze on the bevel and a pre finished edge with ease and no slurry medium necessary. Also perfect for knives and tools for the same purpose of pre finish creating a deep, hazy Kasumi finish and toothy edge.
