NOS Vintage Sane-O Japanese Tamahagane Kamisori - Shave Ready - Choose Your Razor

We were lucky to get our hands on these rare NOS Japanese Kamisori with the finest Tamahagane (sword steel) cladding. They have each had a little cleaning to remove any marks or corrosion from the steel due to long storage, were fully honed to a very fine shave ready edge, and waxed with Renaissance Wax.
In addition, the original dried out rubber grips were removed and replaced with pure silk kumihimo (Japanese braided cord) wrapping on the handle.
Each razor includes its original Pawlonia wood box and paper wrapper.

Age Range: Mid- 1900s
Manufacturer: Though lacking the stamp, these were almost certainly made by Sane-O like other NOS tamahagane kamisori we have recently sold
Restoration: Lightly cleaned and then honed to shaving sharpness on Japanese natural hones

Condition: Excellent, only some very light blemishes remaining in the steel
