Pierre "La Lune" Labelled French Water Razor Hone Whetstone

This rare vintage French Pierre "La Lune" hone is in great shape and ready to be put to use. It measures 3 15/16" long x 2 1/16” wide x 3/4" thick. It retains it's original label which has been lacquered to the stone. The surface has been lapped flat and smooth, has been tested and is ready for use and put a supremely keen edge on high quality razors. The stone has its characteristic purple color with light green highlights.
