I just got this comb today along with several other items to which every one of them has 5 stars due to exceptional quality and customer service. In no way does this review reflect this company’s a whole. I got my com today and at first was very happy with it. In particular I was impressed with the weight of it. Unfortunately, due to my own stupidly and bad luck, I bumps into the comb that was sitting in my bathroom sink and it fell to the floor. You see what happened o it in my pic. I’m sorry, but for 20 bucks I feel it should be able to handle that as I am a man and we tend to be a little heavy handed with things. So that’s why the one star. On the other hand however, had this NOT happened and my comb get broken on my first day of ownership, this item, along with everything else this awesome company has to offer, I d give it 5 stars.
