Werner Breidenbach - New 15/16-8/8 Full Hollow Solingen Straight Razors - CHOOSE YOUR RAZOR

In 1948 Werner Breidenbach began his apprenticeship at Paul Drees company in Solingen, Germany. He was to remain loyal to this company as straight razor grinder and later also as owner for more than 55 years. Mr. Breidenbach then made razors on his own and for other companies towards the end of his career. Today, at over 90 years of age, he is one of the last true straight razor grinders in Solingen, who has practiced his whole life and perfected this craft.
Each razor shown here is a special edition that the master hand made himself and was made entirely by hand in the finest Solingen hollow grinding tradition. With good care and treatment, each razor will not only give you a lot of pleasure but can also be passed down and used over generations and thus remain a testament to the finest Solingen craftsmanship.

Razor A is a 7/8 Dreifus Razor (Measures 15/16in. wide), full hollow ground  with a round tip, upper angled jimps, lovely etch and streaked horn scales

Razor B is a 8/8 Razor (Measures 1in. wide) made from a Monte Rosa #14 blank, full hollow ground with a square tip, upper angled and lower jimps, wood scales

Razor C is a 8/8 Dreifus Razor (Measures 1in. wide) made from a #14 blank, full hollow ground with a square tip, lovely etch and black horn scales

Razor D is a 8/8 Dreifus Razor (Measures a hair under 1in. wide), full hollow ground with a square tip, upper angled and lower jimps, lovely etch and black horn scales

Razor E is a 8/8 Dreifus Razor (Measures 1in. wide) made from a #14 blank, full hollow ground with a square tip, upper angled and lower jimps, lovely etch and genuine abalone veneer and acrylic scales
