Werner Breidenbach - New 6/8 Full Hollow Solingen Straight Razors - CHOOSE YOUR RAZOR

In 1948 Werner Breidenbach began his apprenticeship at Paul Drees company in Solingen, Germany. He was to remain loyal to this company as straight razor grinder and later also as owner for more than 55 years. Mr. Breidenbach then made razors on his own and for other companies towards the end of his career. Today, at over 90 years of age, he is one of the last true straight razor grinders in Solingen, who has practiced his whole life and perfected this craft.
Each razor shown here is a special edition that the master hand made himself and was made entirely by hand in the finest Solingen hollow grinding tradition. With good care and treatment, each razor will not only give you a lot of pleasure but can also be passed down and used over generations and thus remain a testament to the finest Solingen craftsmanship.

Razor A is a 6/8 Razor (Measures 13/16in. wide) made from a Weyersberg blank, full hollow ground  with a round tip, upper angled and lower jimps,white plastic scales with nickel silver inlay

Razor B is a 6/8 Razor (Measures 13/16in. wide) made from a Dreidecker blank, full hollow ground with a round tip, upper and lower jimps, white plastic scales

Razor C is a 6/8 Razor (Measures 13/16in. wide) made from an Ern Crown & Sword blank, full hollow ground with a square tip, upper and lower jimps, marbled plastic scales and lovely blade etch

Razor D is a 6/8 Razor (Measures 13/16in. wide) made from a Mella blank, full hollow ground with a round tip, upper angled and lower jimps, grained plastic scales

Razor E is a 6/8 Dreifus Razor (Measures 13/16in. wide), full hollow ground with a round tip, lower jimps, gold plated tang and spine, etched spine, lovely blade etch and ebony scales

Razor F is a 6/8 Addresso Razor (Measures 13/16in. wide), full hollow ground with a round tip, upper and lower jimps, lovely blade etch and black horn scales
