Rare and perfect shape Yaginoshima Sen Mai. Super creamy and easy work with yet very fine stone. Perfect for all blades including Razors, knives and tools. For razors, can be used with all finishing methods including Nagura progressions and standalone finishing. creates a keen yet bitey edge with worked slurry and light pressure. Nice speed with the light self slurry produced by finishing with water only. Great for knives and tools with its easy going hardness and fast cutting when slurry is released. Produces a nice keen edge with a bit of bite, great for prep and tools. Extremely rare to see such a large stone with this purity. Extremely subtle in its beauty with nice, detailed transition between the grey, Sen Mai base color and Kan ring end caps.
