Daniele Maullu began barbering in 2010 under the guidance of his father, Emanuele, a lifelong barber. Together, they opened Gentleman Barber Shop in Rome in 2016; when Daniele’s brother Davide joined in 2024, it was renamed Barberia Maullu in honor of their family legacy.

In 2022, Daniele opened Barberia Tondere in central Rome, followed by Il Mvnda Rasvm in 2024—Rome’s first traditional shaving festival, bringing together enthusiasts, master barbers, and leading manufacturers.
